HYATT CENTRIC OCEAN FRONT XIAMEN

China
Located at the heart of the business district, under the mountains, next to the sea, and adjacent to the famous food and street market district of Ceng Cuo An, the Hyatt Centric Hotel is in an ideal location for business, leisure, and tourism.

The local culture has been modernized and integrated into the hotel concept, with street market cafés, bakeries, bars, and entertainment zones. We have also drawn upon the city’s mountains, forests, and natural street gardens.

Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi
Chef Ross Shonhan has gained a reputation for being at the forefront of the Japanese Wariyaki straw-fired open kitchen dining experience. The restaurant pays homage to the cooking methods and the Japanese origins of this cooking method.

HYATT CENTRIC KUALA LUMPUR

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur opened in December 2024 as a 5-star lifestyle hotel within the KL city centre and designed for business and leisure travellers.

Housed within the re-purposed Wisma KFC, a 22-storey light industrial building, the hotel features 312 rooms. Design references are drawn from Kuala Lumpur’s tin-mining history and contemporary urban context, with the building’s industrial origins informing both architectural and interior design decisions.

Tapestries of feathers, butterfly wings, parchment, and gold leaf are layered within ruby reds, emerald greens, and blue sapphire to engulf guests in an exclusive private dining and entertainment venue.

An eccentric and flamboyant English gentleman’s manor showcasing an obsession with the Japonisme arts movement.

The bar and lounge draw inspiration from Aubrey Beardsley’s Japanese woodblock print artwork.

His contemporary, Portuguese-inspired cooking style extends to Tasca, located in the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, which has earned one Michelin star. Together, his restaurants proudly hold a total of three Michelin stars, solidifying his status as a global culinary icon.
